On Saturday morning after my run I really fancied a toastie. I’d heard that The Horsebox has been doing the St Neots farmer’s market for a few weeks so I decided to head over to St Neots to try them out.
Their horsebox is really funky and decorated quirkily with flags and pots of herbs! I decided on a fungi toastie and it was SO tasty! There was so much melted cheese and it was all toasted to perfection. M had a bacon sandwich with brown sauce and that was apparently really good, so I’m definitely going to try that next time.
They also go around festivals with their horsebox selling toasties so you really must go say hello and try one if you ever spot them!
I was chatting to the two friendly guys who run it to find out more about them and their amazing toasties, and it turns out that they’re also opening a café/restaurant called Bohemia in St Neots.
During the day Bohemia has lots of healthy foods and smoothies, and then in the evening they’re serving cocktails and tapas! What doesn’t sound good about that ay!? They’re opening now and I’d highly recommend checking them out.
I love discovering new cafés and restaurants, not only in Cambridge but also in the surrounding areas, so I’ll make sure Bohemia makes an appearance on the blog!
