This is such a great lunch, it’s really quick and easy and I like it because it reminds me of holidays in Greece when I was younger where I lived off of lamb pittas! I wanted to share this quick, easy and delicious recipe with you guys.
- Cook Time:
- 15 mins
- 2 flatbread pockets
- 2 lamb steaks
- Dusting of ground cumin
- Handful of mint leaves
- Lurpak Infusions Chilli & Lime
- Greek yoghurt
- Handful of baby spinach
Start a pan going on a high heat and cube the lamb steaks. Once the pan is hot, add the lamb cubes to the pan and dust over the cumin.
While the lamb is frying mixed together the mint leaves with the greek yoghurt into a small ramekin or bowl.
Once the lamb has almost finished cooking pop the flatbread in the toaster. Once lightly toasted, spread the Lurpak Infusions inside the flatbread. Quick side note, how cool is it that you can now get different flavours of Lurpak!? The next one I want to try is the Sea Salt and Pink Peppercorn. The Smoked Chipotle sounds great too!
Anyway back to the recipe! Once the lamb has finished cooked to your liking (I like mine well done as I can’t do rare meat!) add the lamb inside the flatbread together with some spinach and minty yoghurt mix and enjoy!
