I didn’t even know this roof garden existed until I saw a few tweets about it, and I was so impressed when I eventually went to the John Lewis Roof Garden that I couldn’t reist snapping away and blogging about it!
It’s the perfect place to escape the busy crowds on Oxford Street, and once you’re at the top of all the escalators you’ll discover the most amazing roof-top gardens with so many pretty flowers! It was just so nice to forget all about the bustling streets below and take in the beautiful flowers and the views over London!
There’s a really cool juice bar, cocktail bar and a B.O.B’s lobster there. We didn’t eat anything however I did have a cheeky refreshing gin and cucumber cocktail, it was very tasty. To be truthful, I actually ordered a water and it was M’s cocktail, however we soon swapped as it was such a cool refreshing drink I had to have it all to myself 😎
I also spotted a blackboard advertising yoga on a Thursday evening for £10 each! Damn, why didn’t I bring my yoga gear, it would have been perfect! Definitely a place I have to remember next time!
I really wanted to share this new find with you guys as it’s somewhere I fell in love with. I wasn’t even planning on going there and blogging about it, but as soon as I stepped out onto the gardens I knew I had to share this find with you! It was just a lovely experience.
Let me know if you knew about the roof top garden or if you’ve been there!
