My Weekend Makeup Look

I’ve decided it’s time to expand my beauty section so I thought I’d share with you my current weekend makeup look. I’m using a mix of affordable high-street products and a few of my more expensive favourites. I’m also experimenting with a few brands that I’ve recently discovered.

I start by covering up my dark circles with the NYX Dark Circle concealer and any spots or blemishes with my Collection concealer.

I then blend in my Nars Sheer Glow (in Deauville) using my Real Techniques foundation brush. I finish it off using my sponge just to make sure it’s all blended in nicely.

The blusher I’m currently loving is the MAC blusher in the colour Fun Ending, which I love as it seems to last for ages. Sadly they no longer sell this colour, so when it runs out I’ll have to look out for something new. Do you have any recommendations? I then apply my Soleil Tan de Chanel bronzer.

Moving on to my eyes, I’ve only ever used the Urban Decay Primer as it’s the only one I’ve found that keeps my eye shadow on all day. I then use my Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon eye shadow pencil in Amber Haze.

Then on to my new KIKO Out of Bounds eyeliner and the Rimmel brow pencil on my brows.

Finally, of course, lips! It has to be a red lip to go with my Breton striped top (my current favourite weekend look, paired with jeans). I use the MAC Ruby Woo lipstick to finish off the weekend look!

Apart from the eye shadow primer, which was in a goodie bag a while ago, all the products that I’ve featured in this post were bought with my own money.

Please let me know in the comments if you have any current favourite makeup products for the perfect weekend makeup look!
