From Sample to Shopping Basket!

  • Samples I’ve loved so much that I've bought the full product

I used to hate getting small samples of products as I never used them and they always just turned into clutter! Recently however I’ve started to actually use them and I’ve totally changed my mind. I now love them, they’re such a great way to try out new products without having to spend loads money on then… obviously! I decided I wanted to share with you some of my recently discovered samples that made me want to go and buy the full products.

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

This sample has lasted me so long as you only need to use a small amount! I’m going to be honest, I didn’t wear eyeshadow until I discovered this product as whenever I did it would only last half a day. This product however lasts all day and it’s definitely made it into my every day products.

The Body Shop Japanese Camellia Cream

This smells incredible and it keeps its smell throughout the day — I kept getting lovely whiffs of the scent. It’s a lovely thick cream and it made my skin feel super soft.

Formula 10.0.6 Overnight Success Spot Minimising Patches

These work so great. If I get a spot I make sure I try and catch it early and pop one of these on. They really help to get rid of pesky spots quickly. They’re see-through so one thing you must remember is to take it off before you leave the house, otherwise you’ll get lots of odd looks!!

Elizabeth Arden Grand Entrance Mascara

I wouldn’t have thought of buying a mascara from Elizabeth Arden but it was in my Boots goodie bag from Queensgate Shopping Centre in Peterborough and I have to say I’ve been really impressed with it. It’s very easy to build up and it’s long lasting.
