A few months ago I found myself booking a much needed holiday! I really liked the idea of planning everything, finding the perfect hotel, booking flights, travel, etc. but I soon realised it would take a lot of time and hassle, and it would also be expensive.

Flying? Right, let’s be honest, it’s always a hassle especially when you have to be at the airport 2–3 hours before an early flight and have to worry about getting stuck in traffic!
Yep, I’ve found a new place for cupcakes in London! Forget about Hummingbird and Lola’s (two of my all time favourites), I’m adding this one to the top of my list 👍🏻
I always struggle with packing makeup as I don’t want to pack too much but I also don’t want to leave something at home that would end up going really well with an outfit! I should really pick up one of those Mac palettes where you can swap and change blushers and eye shadow shades so maybe one year I’ll be more organised and do that!

This is possibly my new favourite place for brunch! It’s perfect for a weekend treat with it’s amazing views over Cambridge.
NYX are popping up all over the UK at the moment! We just had one open in Boots in Peterborough (YAY!) so no more ordering from ASOS and hoping the colours are okay! It’s always a nightmare ordering makeup online for the first time where you can’t swatch the colours!
Hummingbird Bakery is the first ever place I bought cupcakes from in London! Whenever I go to London I try and pick up some cupcakes as they’re my absolute favourite! They’ve been around for 12 years now and it was so interesting to read up on their history and discover that cupcakes and Red Velvet cakes weren’t really a thing in the UK until they came around!
