Things I’ve Been Loving in June

There’s so much I’ve been loving recently and it’s been ages since I’ve done a monthly favourites post, so here it goes!

The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream Limited Edition Eley Kishimoto X

Firstly, the packaging of this moisturiser is amazing! It doesn’t surprise me as fashion legend Eley Kishimoto designed it and the pinks and blues are perfect for summer! It doesn’t help that I’m a sucker for pretty packaging! I’ve been using The Body Shop Vitamin E cream for years and I always remember my Great Nan only using the Vitamin E range and her skin was always fantastic! So I’m hoping by following in her footsteps when I’m a little old lady my skin will look just as great as hers did.

The Body Shop Instamatte

I’ve been mixing this into my foundation and have found that it keeps my foundation in place for longer, definitely what I need in this hot weather!! You can also use it on your lips, and I need to try it on my eyes under an eye shadow to see if it makes that last longer too!

Skinny Tan Body Glow

I started using the Light Body Glow but found it wasn’t giving me enough colour as I’m already slightly tanned from my holidays! So I went onto the medium one which is giving me a much better colour. I love it as I just apply it at night after a bath or shower (recently mainly showers as it’s way too hot for baths right now!) and then that’s my moisturising done. I don’t need to worry about applying fake tan then washing it off, I can just apply and go! Plus it’s super absorbent and doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy or sticky.

Leighton Denny Nail Polishes

I’ve been loving the shade Kiss Me Quick, it’s the perfect summer colour! The Leighton Denny polishes are really good quality and seem to not chip quickly. I was also sent a few other shades which I love, like the blue shade called Mosaic Chic. I’d never usually pick this colour however I kinda love it and can tell I’m going to be wearing it lots over the summer. I’m really looking forward to buying some more of the range as I’ve been so impressed with the polishes. I want to try out the Bio-Build Nail Strengthening Regime too as my nails always seem really weak!

Orla Kiely Phone Case

I recently bought a new phone case by Kate Spade in HomeSense for £10 however it was quickly scratched and didn’t last long. I’ve been such a big Orla Kiely fan for so long and I fell in love with these designs. I also love the fact you technically get 3 cases: one soft shell and two hard shells (the hard shells sit over the soft shell). The prints are mustard, navy and cream and I love them so much, Orla Kiely prints are always so quirky and cool! I have to say no scratches on this case yet too which is amazing considering how much I drop my phone!

Lastly, the weather and Blogosphere! Really random but yes, I LOVE the heat! I always feel like I should live in a hot country. When it’s sunny everyone’s much happier, apart from the people who hate the weather when it’s too hot, or when it’s too cold. Some people are just never happy ? Well I am because I love this mini heatwave we’ve been having. It’s been so nice chilling in the garden reading Blogosphere. It’s such a great magazine and I’m so happy I signed up to it — worth every penny!! Also not forgetting to protect my face with the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Sunscreen!

What have you been loving this month? I’d love to know so I can try them out! Let me know in the comments!
