The Wardrobe Edit: Top 3 In-between Autumn and Winter Coats

  • Includes gifted items from Pretty Little Thing

It’s the time to the dust off the coats and keep warm now we get deep into Autumn and the colder days have defiantly arrived. My main priority is to be as warm as possible everytime I leave the house! It pretty much feels like winter is here,  all the Christmas lights are going up, the Christmas drinks are out in Costa and the mince pies are being thoroughly well enjoyed!  It’s time to update my coat collection and share with you my top 3 coats from Pretty Little Thing!

So these are my top 3 coats I will be wearing lots over the next few months.

Check Double Breasted Coat

I fell in love with this Grey Check Double Breasted Coat. I need to add it to my capsule wardrobe, as I can tell it’s going to be well worn, also it’s so easy to wear and is my current go-to coat. I really like the check details, it’s not something I would usually go for but after seeing a few bloggers wearing them on Instagram recently, I knew I need to edge out of my boring comfort style zone and go for something a bit different.

The Aviator Coat

The whole of last winter I was eyeing up Aviator style coats, I really liked the PU leather ones but everyone had snapped them up from Pretty Little Thing, so I went for a Faux Suede one instead. It has a faux wool lining… I went for boring old black, because I love black! I literally feel like I’m wearing my duvet and trust me it’s so warm, plus it goes with absolutely everything.

Biker Jacket

Lastly, you can’t go wrong with a Biker Jacket this season it’s such a classic style you can never go wrong. The Biker Jacket is perfect for those slightly warmer days which we still get a few of now and again. I love styling a biker jacket with a big chunky scarf. I also find the biker jacket is perfect for evenings out over a dress.

So they are my top 3 styles of coats. I would love to know what style coat is your go to this season?

I have kindly been gifted these coats from Pretty Little Thing. All reviews and opinions are my own.   Please see my disclaimer for more information.
