A Christmas Gift Guide for Her

  • This post contains some Gifted Items & Affiliate Links

Christmas is a time of year I LOVE! It’s a time for catching up with family & friends, eating & drinking too much and of giving. So today’s blog post is all about gifts for her. Whoever you have in your life to buy for I have you covered in this gift guide. I know a few of Michael’s friends are waiting for this blog post as they all have girlfriends/mothers/sisters/aunties in their lives who they need to buy for.

I’ve picked a Blogosphere subscription as I always find magazine subscriptions are a perfect gift as it’s one they get to enjoy over and over again throughout the year. Blogosphere is a magazine that comes out quarterly and is perfect for anyone who loves to blog or to read and discover new blogs. It’s a beautifully made magazine with amazing content from everything in the blogging industry.

Books can be a great gift, they’re not expensive, you can read them over and over, and sometimes they just look perfect on a coffee table… a bit like the Explorer’s Atlas! This is a really different one to give but it’s great gift for her or for him. The atlas has super interesting and different facts about the world and it’s been really been well thought out and put together — it looks great!

This is a present I’ve always wished to receive — a tin of Biscuiteers! They have a fair few Christmas ranges (including The Nutcracker and the Snowman) starting from £6 for a single gingerbread and then you can get biscuit tins of all sizes. The biscuits are all beautifully hand-iced and taste amazing! I also think they make a great gift for someone if they’re hosting you this Christmas, something you can take round as a thank you. Or if you’re hosting then your guests will be amazed when you put them out! They’re definitely a gift I’m going to be buying for people over this season as they come in the nicest boxes and they’re so unique.

The Cambridge Satchel Company has seriously brought out the most gorgeous Christmas range of bags this year. I couldn’t miss them out! First is the Gold Star Push Look Bag which is my favourite, and one I’m going to be wearing for the whole of Christmas… it’s coming everywhere with me! Firstly it’s covered in stars, so what’s not to love about that!? Secondly I’m pretty sure if you bought this for your girlfriend she’d be over the moon! The Cambridge Satchel Company have based their Christmas range around the Great Gatsby this year, so there’s plenty of sparkle! If you’re looking for more of a plain bag then they’ll have you covered, they have so many beautiful styles and colours! This will be a gift she will treasure and get tons of use out off.

When it comes to beauty there’s so much out there, so this bit of my gift guide is going to be pretty big! I know most men find it a minefield when it comes to beauty and half of them don’t know where to start, *so I just hope they’re reading this*!

Glossier came to the UK this year and pretty much every girl was chatting/dreaming of placing an order. This is definitely a brand you can’t go wrong with, the only thing I’d say to stay away from is the lipsticks. I’d recommend the Pure Serum for any girl who loves skincare. My #1 item would be the Glossier You perfume, it smells incredible! You really can’t go wrong with it and I’m yet to find someone who doesn’t like the scent. You can get 10% off with my link here!

I also love the Roger & Gallet range and my top pick is Thé Fataisie, it’s a lovely scent with a really fresh smell of tea enhanced with smoky and spicy notes!

The perfect gift for a makeup lover is the Marc Jacobs ‘On The Prowl‘ gift set which includes: Le Marc Lip Crème (in slow burn which is a gorgeous nude colour), Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara (which works a dream on your lashes to make them look fuller and longer), Two Highliner Gel Eye Crayons (one is Blacquer and one is Ro(Cocoa) which is great a colour for the festive season), and lastly it includes the Eye-Conic Longwear Eyeshadow Palette with 7 colours.

This Elemis Candle truly smells of Christmas, even before lighting it. It does an amazing job of filling a room with a lovely warm Christmas scent. Candles are always a present that will be loved because who doesn’t like candles!? I’ve included some of my favourite candles below covering all price ranges.

I hope you enjoyed my gift guide and if you’re still lost for ideas then pop a comment below explaining who you’re buying for and I’d be more than happy to help!

Some items were gifted to me and I decided to feature them in my gift guide, however lots are products I purchased on my own. All reviews are my own honest opinions and I’d only feature a product if I truly love it. Please see my disclaimer for more info. This blog post also contains affiliate links which doesn’t affect the price you pay but it means I earn a little bit for my recommendation.

This is a really lovely selection of ideas, I particularly like the satchel – so pretty! I think I’ve done my Christmas shopping more or less but I can pop a few of these on my wishlist 🙂 xxx
