Dressing for Spring AND/OR Summer

You may remember when AND/OR first launched I mentioned them in a blog post, as I completely fell in love with the brand. AND/OR must be in their second year now and I have to say they’re still impressing me with their casual laid-back looks and stylish dressy looks. I love how they follow a capsule wardrobe style, where most things go with each other.

AND/OR definitely have pieces I’d wear over and over again. I remember the first item I bought was a sweatshirt and it’s had so much wear over the past year… and I still love it! So when the dream email collaboration dropped in my inbox I wasn’t going to turn it down after being such a massive fan of the brand already.

I got to pick a few items from the range, and I went for the Embroidered Lana Tunic which I paired with the Avalon black jeans. I think this look works great for during the daytime or in the evening… walking to the pub for a drink and some dinner! I also love the fact the Lana Tunic will also look great on holiday as a cover-up at lunchtime or around by the pool.

So let’s get onto accessories! I went for the Hoop Tassel Drop Earrings, the perfect statement accessory for this outfit, plus they just finish off any outfit. I don’t wear dangly earrings often but I know I’m going to be wearing these so much over this Spring/Summer. One other thing, the earrings are handmade in Kenya where they support fair trade ethical practices, which it’s great to see!

To finish the look I added the Isabella Suede Fringe Clutch Bag which I completely fell in love with. Being a nude colour it will go with any outfit and it’s the perfect size — I can’t stand a small clutch bag, if you watch any of my “What’s in my Bag” video’s over on my YouTube channel you’ll know I’m like Mary Poppin’s… whoops!

Lastly, we can’t forget the shoes! We all know I can’t resist leopard print in my wardrobe, so I went with the Lenora Sandals which are a mix of leopard print and zebra print… and they’re so comfortable! Plus they’re the hairy type of animal print which is a big win as I’m not as keen on animal print if it’s not hairy — yes I’m aware this probably sounds like I’m some sort of freak but hopefully you get what I mean!

I hope you enjoyed this little chatty outfit post! I will see you all in my next one!
